    Is Jedi training at HS being discontinued in anticipation of the opening of GE? I was trying to add it to our plans for our trip in Aug before GE opens, and the schedule is blank from July on...

    Hi, Kelly!  "There has been an awakening.  Have you felt it?"  The Force has definitely awakened at the Walt Disney World Resort, and we are all eagerly awaiting the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

    Many guests have been asking if Jedi Training: Trails of the Temple will continue once Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge begins welcoming travelers on August 29, 2019.  I have asked a few Cast Members about this, and as far as they know, there are no plans to discontinue this activity.  The schedules for these types of activities are often not added to the Walt Disney World website very far in advance, so keep checking back.  You can also keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest Walt Disney World Resort news and announcements.

    I hope that your younglings will have the chance to defeat the Dark Side during Jedi Training: Trails of the Temple.  My daughter took part in this activity a few years ago and had a blast.  I loved seeing her face Darth Vader with absolutely no fear!  I also hope that you will have the opportunity to visit the Walt Disney World Resort again once Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is open.  I was lucky enough to visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge when it opened at the Disneyland Resort, and it is nothing short of amazing!  In the meantime, be sure to enjoy all of the other Star Wars experiences that are currently offered at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
