In January 2020, I reserved a campsite for October 2020. We are celebrating our 5 year Disney wedding anniversary and daughters 2nd birthday! When will I be able to purchase theme park tickets so I can also make park reservations per new guidelines? Thanks

Hi there Marie! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for bringing another great vacation planning question to us.

There's a great, big, beautiful tomorrow! We are thrilled about the latest announcement regarding the reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort. I'm excited to hEAR about your upcoming celebration of five years with your Prince Charming and two years with your Mouseketeer. Congratulations! You're sure to have a magical time unwinding in the rustic tranquility of The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.

Marie, at this time Disney is temporarily pausing new ticket sales to focus on Guests with existing tickets. Once the new reservation request system is in place for existing ticket holders and Annual Passholders, new ticket sales will be resumed after some time. I recommend keeping your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog and the Walt Disney World website for new information and operational updates as they are released. I like to follow the Disney Parks Blog, Walt Disney World, and the Disney Ambassadors on social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for important updates as well.

Since you will be celebrating two extra special occasions on your upcoming trip, don't forget to pick up some celebration pins upon check-in at your resort or arrival at a theme park. They are available at resort front desks and Guest Relations windows throughout Walt Disney World. Cast Members love to know when a Guest is celebrating, and you never know when a sprinkle of pixie-dust may land your way!

I wish I could offer more specific information as to what the future holds. For now, I hope this has been helpful for your planning purposes. I'll be watching right along with you as I prepare for my next trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth in this whole new world. Come see us again if you have any more questions, or if we can help make your celebratory vacation even more magical.

    Have a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah day!
