When do January 2024 dates come out to reserve hotel with tickets at DisneyWorld

Hi Patty! Welcome to planDisney, where we add a little magic to each vacation by answering Guests' questions.

I have some good news for you! 2024 theme park tickets, hotel stays, and vacation packages will go on sale starting May 31, 2023. That's right around the corner! And what could be even more exciting than that? A bunch of new changes have been announced on the Disney Parks Blog that will make visits easier! 2024 is shaping up to be a wonderful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort

January 9, 2024 is the magical date for many of these changes, so if your visit overlaps with that date, you're in luck! On that date, the fan-favorite Disney Dining Plan will return and Theme Park Reservations will no longer be required for date-based tickets! There are also going to be some changes to the Disney Genie+ Service for the better. I love Disney so much because they are always looking to improve the Guest experience! Please note that Theme Park Reservations will still be required for any days before January 9, 2024.

Besides these new changes, there are plenty of new additions that will likely be available by 2024. For example, the transformation of EPCOT with the brand-new experience Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana is scheduled to be completed by late 2023. Also, some brand-new meet and greets will debut later in 2023 like Figment in EPCOT and Mirabel in Magic Kingdom Park. Plus, if you're planning to visit again later in 2024, Tiana's Bayou Adventure should be open in Magic Kingdom Park. Now that I'm very excited about!

Patty, best wishes for planning your vacation and have a wonderful time when your visit comes around. It'll be here before you know it! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to me and I'd be happy to help!
