hi Jane, Thank your answer. The lounge chairs you mentioned are not suitable as there are too low; if I don't want the additional expense of a cabana is their a chair with arms I can use in the general areas that is raised like my wheelchair?

    Hello again Julie,
I'm so glad you came back to me with your question because I really want you to be able to enjoy either of Disney's splashtastic Water Parks in complete comfort.
With that in mind, this morning on your behalf I spoke on the telephone with Disney Guest Services and can confirm the regular sun loungers which are freely available at both Disney Water Parks do not have arms and are only 6-8" high off the ground.
However, I have some very positive news to share with you -  the Cast Member I spoke with informed me that Guests with a disability are permitted to bring their own suitable seating from home to the Water Parks!  If that great solution meets your needs I recommend visiting Guest Services at the Disney Water Park entrance where a Cast Member will be only to happy to assist you.
If I can offer any further planning advise for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
    - Jane
