Hi Moms! On Jan.2-09 the kids are traveling the seas on the Island of the Caribbean Pirate Cruise. What do you suggest we parents spend our time with during these 2 hours? We were thinking of visiting Epcot, but is it too far? Timing is my concern. Thanx

When our sons have taken the cruise, we enjoyed wandering around the resort, its landscaping, and its shops.  It was so refreshing to have the time to "stop and smell the roses."  We usually also grab a bite to eat and settle into a seat by the pool or water to eat in a leisurely pace and actually have a conversation without any interruptions.  And with the new renovations of the pool at the Caribbean Beach Resort, I think there will be plenty to look at!

I do agree that going to Epcot may be hard-pressed to do within 2 hours.

I hope your little pirates have fun as do you, too!
