Jambo, Melissa!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your transportation question. First, let me say how excited I am for your visit to
Sanaa—what a truly special dining experience! Between the artful blend of African cooking with Indian flavors and the views of exotic animals grazing on the Sunset Savanna, it’s one of my favorite spots. Don’t miss the I
ndian-style Bread Service—it’s a must-try and the perfect way to begin your meal.
Now, let’s journey into your transportation question. You’ll be happy to know that Disney’s complimentary
transportation system offers plenty of options to return to your resort after dining at Sanaa. Here’s the lay of the land:
The first option is using the
transportation buses. You can take a bus from
Animal Kingdom—Kidani Village to
Epcot and then hop on the Skyliner to return to
Caribbean Beach Resort. The Skyliner runs for an hour after park closing, which, on Monday, January 27th, park closing will be 11:00 PM due to
Extended Evening Hours at Epcot. Don’t forget to check the
Hours & Events Calendar closer to your visit, as operating times are subject to change. If the
Skyliner isn’t the way you prefer, you can use the bus transportation from Epcot to Caribbean Beach.
If you want a more direct and magical option, consider using the
Minnie Van, powered by Lyft. These stylish polka-dotted vehicles are convenient and add an extra sprinkle of pixie dust to your trip. Use the Lyft app to request a Minnie Van, and you’ll travel in style back to your resort.
If you finish dinner earlier than expected, take a moment to explore the Savanna Overlook at Kidani Village. It’s a wonderful spot to observe the animals up close and adds a perfect ending to your dining adventure. And don’t forget to ask the Cast Members about the night-vision goggles—they’re often available for Guests to spot wildlife in the dark!
I hope your visit is filled with wild adventures! Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
See you real soon,
Christina
