    Hi Jacqeline! We have not yet received anything in the mail from Disney in terms of Main Entrance passes, tickets etc. Should we?? Or is it all managed digitally now through our reservation code? Just want to ensure I'm not missing anything!

    Greetings, Blair, thank you so much for reaching out to me, what an honour to be able to assist you further and I hope you scored a reservation for Raglan Road for your birthday!

    Blair, if you booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package through the official disneyworld.disney.go.com then your Magical Extras will be waiting for you at the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel, where you will also pick up your customized MagicBands. You will receive your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket cards along with your Welcome Folder that will also contain your Magical Extras. As long as everything is linked to My Disney Experience, you'll be ready for fun. 

    At this point, I recommend checking over all your plans in My Disney Experience, enabling notifications for “Disney World” in your mobile device’s settings to wake up the My Disney Experience app so it’ll be updated and ready to send you 'push' notifications and updates for current experiences.

    Make sure you’ve loaded a payment method in My Disney Experience via “My Profile” where you can add up to 6 payment methods including Disney Gift Cards and Disney Gift Card eGift. You can also add the Disney Gift Card eGift to your mobile device digital wallet - the link is on your email confirmation and so easy to do, by tapping a button if viewing from your mobile device.

    Don’t forget to activate a Disney MagicMobile pass using the Disney MagicMobile Service in the My Disney Experience app, and also through the My Disney Experience app, by completing your Resort Online Check-In you can activate the Direct-To-Room Service to unlock your Guest Room door from your mobile device.

    Tips
    1. Check your Welcome Folder carefully for any potential 'Bounceback Offer' toward a future stay!
    2. You must make a point of stopping by Gideon's Bakehouse for the famous "almost half-pound" cookies that take 24 hours to make, and the famous Coffee Cake Cookie which is now on sale every morning (subject to change).
