My Disney Experience online and most amenities, with the exclusion of receiving your MagicBands at home prior to leaving.
During the booking process of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you'll have the option of requesting and securing
Disney's Magical Express service to and from Orlando International Airport. Have all arriving and departing flight information handy during your booking process, and approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure from home you'll receive all pertinent information regarding your Disney's Magical Express in the form of a travel booklet, containing scan codes for each person in your travel party, your luggage tags, and detailed instructions on where to find Disney's Magical Express at the airport.
Place your luggage tags on your suitcases prior to leaving for the airport, and upon your arrival at Orlando International Airport, Lisa, proceed to Disney's Magical Express, located at Side B, Level 1, Ground Transportation and bypass baggage claim. I recommend you have the Disney Magical Express travel booklet handy with the bar codes for boarding the motor coach at Disney's Magical Express. You will find your MagicBands waiting for you at your Resort hotel check-in.
My experience with U.S. Customs and Immigration, for the past few years, is that if flying out of Toronto, we proceed through clearance right from Pearson International Airport prior to boarding the aircraft, so you need not worry about customs clearance in Orlando.
