Hi Jackie!I have another transportation question. What is fastest way to get from DHS to Downtown?Want to be at DHS for RD to do TSM,but then need to get downtown to see school perform.Use disney transportation or taxi. What would taxi cost about?

    Hi Marcia!

How have you been???  OK, so I am having a little of a "blonde moment," but I am unsure as to whether you mean Downtown Disney, or Downtown Orlando.  Just to be safe, I'll give you answers for both!  My first thought is that you are heading to Downtown Disney, so I will start with that.  Toy Story Mania can have HUGE lines, so hopping on as soon as you hit Hollywood Studios is a fabulous idea!  If you opt to use Disney transportation, there is not a direct bus to Downtown Disney.  The quickest way is to grab a bus to the Saratoga Springs Resort and then transfer to a bus heading to Downtown Disney.  Not counting the time spent waiting for the buses, you will spend about 30 minutes travelling.  A much quicker way to get there is to hail a Yellow Cab and spend about $4.00, including a tip.

OK, so if I am totally off the mark and you want to hit Downtown Orlando, you must take a taxi.  I wasn't able to find any price info, but I have heard that it is quite affordable.  Whatever your destination, I know that you will have a blast!

    Much pixie dust,
