    Hi Jackie! Thanks for all your help! Is it possible to eat bkfast @ Capt'n Cooks & make it to MK by rope drop? When would we need to be @ CC to do this? what is fastest way to MK when we're done? Want to do this on 11/25. Staying @ POP. You rock!!

    Hi Eden!

          Long time, no chat!  Your trip is next month, can you believe it???  Since the opening ceremonies at the Magic Kingdom usually begin about 15 minutes before Park Opening, this would have them starting at 8:45 AM on November 25, 2009.  Be sure to take plenty of pictures - the sight of the characters pulling in on the train is absolutely priceless!  So let's see, the boat to the Magic Kingdom takes around 12 minutes and the monorail takes around 13 minutes - take your pick!  Captain Cook's is a quick service restaraunt, so unless your family eats really sloooow, I would arrive around 7:45 AM.  Whatever you do, be sure to try my favorite - Tonga Toast - YUM!!!

         The easiest way to get to the Polynesian from Pop Century is to take the bus to the Magic Kingdom and then take the monorail to the Poly.  This trip, not including the time waiting for transportation, will take about 46 minutes.  I would be out at the Pop Century bus stop at 6:45 AM, just in case you need to wait for the bus to arrive.  Whew!  This is a LOT of travelling so early in the morning, but this is the best way to both eat at Captain Cook's and make it to the Magic Kingdom in time for rope drop.  Oh and you rock too!
