Hi Jackie, thanks for answering the question so quick. Which building would you suggest trying to stay in at Pop Century? This will be our 2nd trip and 1st on Disney property. Thanks Again

    Hi John!

You are so welcome!  You are going to love staying on Disney property - being immersed in the magic 24 hours a day rocks!!!  If you want to be right smack in the middle of all the action and don't mind the noise from the pool, I would request a room facing the pool in the 60's Building.  These rooms flank the pool and are directly in front of you when you  exit the lobby area.  Mowgli and Baloo from the Jungle Book are larger than life and tower over this area.  I stayed in one of these rooms in September and loved it!

Just as close, but slightly more quiet, are the rooms in the 60s Building that do NOT overlook the pool.  If you have someone in your group that adores Lady and the Tramp, your best bet is to opt for the 50s Building.  Certain rooms here are designated as preferred and are located just to your right as you exit the food court/lobby area.  To your left are the preferred rooms in the 70s Building.  This area is slightly quieter than the 50s area and just as  close.

Sooo, for a fun, lively room with a great view, I would absolutely go for a pool room in the 60s Building.  Otherwise, my vote would be with Lady and the Tramp over the 50s Building.  All of the Preferred rooms are great, but that's my two cents!

    Much pixie dust,

    Jackie S.
