    Hi Jackie! Sorry, another ? for you! I've been reading a lot about the magic bands, when we go in Jan 2014 will they be issued to us? Or, are they still in testing mode for select people? Thank you so much, you've been so helpful with my planning! :)

    I'm so glad you wrote in with your question, that's what I'm here for! No need to apologize. :)

    The MagicBands are indeed in the testing phases currently and Guests are being randomly selected to participate. I've been getting all excited myself, especially when reading the new frequently asked questions about MagicBands! There are so many fun and exciting things about them and the best part is that you can manage them right from your personal computer or from the My Disney Experience app on your smart phone!

    While I can't say whether you'll be selected for the testing at this point, you'll definitely want to make sure that you've connected your Resort hotel reservation number in your "My Reservations" section of your My Disney Experience account. You'll be able to see your Disney Resort hotel reservations on that screen and you'll also see a blue button that says "Link a Resort Reservation" in case it's not showing there. Once you've connected your reservation, everything will be set in case you are selected for testing, so just keep an eye out!
