Hi Jackie -- I saw you are going in May and we are too!! We have been several times, but never in May. Have you been in May before? How are the crowds/weather? Thanks!

    Hi Eileen!

Yay!!!  All three of my boys have May birthdays and my anniversary is in May as well - throw in Mother's Day and we totally have to celebrate!  We have been in May six times before (including my honeymoon) and have fallen in love with this time of the year.  I won't sugarcoat it, it is hot.... but not unbearably so.  The summer sun has not yet reached the "broiling point" and you can still enjoy the weather without melting.

Depending on when you go, May can actually have lower than average crowds.  We always go in the last week, before the rest of the country has gotten out of school yet.  Fortunately, our school district releases its students a little earlier than most!  We actually go during the busiest week of May, due to the Star Wars Weekends.  However, the crowds are still manageable.  If you travel during the first three weeks of May you will enjoy smaller crowds and may even be able to attend Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival - gorgeous!

"Come on Eileen" (Sorry I just couldn't resist....) join me in May!!!

    Much pixie dust,

    Jackie S.
