Jackie, I am planning a trip to WDW in December. My husband is active duty military. What are the military discounts on everything? Also, can you tell me about Shades of Green?

    Hi Elana!

Please let your husband know one thing - HE ROCKS!  Walt Disney World appreciates all that our military does for our country and are rewarding them for it!   Right now, your husband is eligible to receive a FREE Five day Disney's Armed Force's Salute Park-Hopper Ticket.  He is also eligible to purchase up to five more Five day Magic Your Way tickets for only $99 plus tax per ticket!!!!  Unlike the free ticket, these do not include the park hopper option, but it can be added for only $25 more per ticket.

The news just keeps getting better for military families!  Your family can also receive up to 40% off of certain resort room rates!  You can even add the dining package if you choose.  Please follow this link for all of the juicy details on these great offers.

While I have never stayed at Shades of Green, I have heard nothing but wonderful things about it!  Check out their website here.   We salute you and your family Elana!

    Much pixie dust,
