Hi Jackie, We are leaving for WDW in 7 days. What things are a must in HS & Epcot for me (26) mom (55) and DD (5) What about Imagination w/Figment? I've heard different opinions on it. Also, booked Wonderland Tea Party booked & BBB, CRT & Pir

    Hi Letitia!

Please forgive me!  The stomach bug hit the Stevens' household and I haven't been getting to my questions as quickly as I would like.  I hope that I reach you in time for your trip!

From the sound of things, you have already booked the best of the best for your daughter - be sure to give yourself a BIG pat on the back!  In Hollywood Studios, your little princess should adore Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Playhouse Disney - Live on Stage!, Jim Henson's Muppet Vision 3-D, Toy Story Mania!, Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage, and the High School Musical Pep Rally.   If you get a chance, you and your mom might really love Tower of Terror and Rock-n-Roller Coaster.  The Great Movie Ride is a toss-up, parts of it can get REALLY intense!

Over at Epcot, we do love Journey Into Imagination with Figment - it isn't fabulous, but we like it for sentimental reasons.   Your daughter cannot miss The Seas with Nemo and Friends or Turtle Talk with Crush.  They are both absolutely wonderful!  She should also have a lot of fun over in Innoventions - tons of hands on experiences.  Also, encourage her to participate in the KidCot stations located throughout the park.  They usually include a simple craft, but the kids really seem to enjoy them.  While still in the Future World area, you and your mom CANNOT miss Soarin' and should also enjoy Test Track.  Finally, Spaceship Earth is fun for all of ages.

Once you arrive in the World Showcase portion of Epcot, take your time and just soak in all of the culture.  Mexico has a cute boat ride, but the Maelstrom in Norway is a little intense.  I'm running out of room here, so I'll leave you with best wishes for a magical vacation with both your mother and daughter!

    Much pixie dust,

    Jackie S.
