Hi Jackie! We're headed back to WDW 01/15 and staying at WL, so excited! We have a woods view booked, is there a specific floor we should ask for? I hear the WC can be very loud. Also, how do we get to CA Grill from WL? Thanks, you're always so helpful! :)

    Hi there, Allison!

It's so nice to hear from you! I remember when you first wrote in and told me that you were booked at Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort for your upcoming anniversary and it seemed so far away; you're getting so close now!

I loved the woods view rooms! The entire Resort really reminds me of the Pacific Northwest and it feels like home overlooking the trees. I didn't notice it being loud at all, but our room was on one of the top floors. I would recommend requesting the highest floor you can so that you'll have the amazing views to soak in too.

I'm glad to hear that you're planning on dining at the California Grill! That's one of my favorite restaurants for a special occasion! Getting there is a breeze from Wilderness Lodge. You'll just hop on a boat over to Magic Kingdom Park and from there, you can either get on the monorail and head to Disney's Contemporary Resort or simply follow the walking path that will take you right there. It's about a 5-10 minute walk.

Thanks so much for writing in and please let me know if I can help with anything else as you get closer to your trip!

Have a Pixie Dusted day, Allison!
