    I'very heard that getting dinner reservations at Be Our Guest is difficult. Is it easier to call Disney direct, or go online?

    Hi Bill!

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Be Our Guest is a very popular restaurant with reservation spots filling up quickly.  However, with proper planning you should be fine!

    You can make your reservation up to 180 days in advance.  When I am trying to get a reservation that I know will be hard, I make sure to reserve at exactly 180 days out.  The online reservation system will open at 6 a.m., (EASTERN STANDARD TIME)  while the phone reservation system opens at 7 a.m.  So, booking online does give you a one hour advantage.  

    Be sure to have your My Disney Experience account created and be logged in before 6:00 a.m. on the day you can make yours.  

    If you are already past the 180 day mark, you may have better luck calling a dining specialist at 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463).  They can look at your entire length of stay to see if there is any availability at all for you.
