Hi Stacy,
Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! Let me give you a few thoughts on your itinerary.
I would start by first deciding on which day you would like to attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. For the days that you are there, the party will be held on November 17, 21, and 22. I recommend that you go on November 21. A Thursday night party will likely be less crowded than a weekend night, and it would be a really fun last night activity. On that day, I would recommend that you not go to a theme park during the day. Disney's Art of Animation Resort is awesome. I would recommend that on party day you hang out at the resort, take a dip in the Big Blue Pool, and then head to the party that night.
This leaves you with the earlier part of the week to plan. There are many considerations in planning your itinerary. First, if you want to visit all four theme parks, you could pretty easily do one park each day with no need for the park hopper option for your tickets. I might suggest that you consider which theme park has Extra Magic Hours each day. As a Walt Disney World resort guest, you will be able to enter a certain park early or stay late on specific days. For example, I see that on Tuesday November 19, Epcot has Extra Magic Hours and will open one hour early in the morning. If you have an early rising family and can take advantage of Extra Magic Hours, these are a great time to get a lot done with smaller crowds. You can access the
Walt Disney World theme park hours, including Extra Magic Hour information, online.
I would love to help you plan more, Stacy; however, I am limited in the amount of space that I have to answer. I hope that the above information helps, and please do not hesitate to come back and ask if you have any further questions!
