Is there a way to have items purchased in the parks delivered to your resort or hotel room?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Chelsea! I know you’re excited for your upcoming holiday vacation, and if you’re anything like me, you’re already plotting your shopping trips through Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs!

When I’m in the parks, I will often purchase souvenirs for my family (toys and clothes) and myself (I love to collect the YOU ARE HERE Starbucks mugs). But it’s not exactly easy to ride Space Mountain with my beloved coffee cups! Often times, as I’m checking out, I will ask the Cast Member at the register for Resort Hotel Delivery. The package will be sealed with a packing slip (I get a copy) and sent to my Resort Hotel gift shop. I can pick it up later that day or the next morning. If that timeline doesn’t add up for your trip (you may be departing the next morning) you can ask for Souvenir pickup at the front of the park. My son spent his allowance on a large Zurg toy (he had saved for months) from Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, and we asked for Souvenir pickup so he could play with it that night and we could pack it in time for departure. We took our receipt and packing slip to Magic Kingdom’s City Hall and retrieved the bag for the monorail trip home. Oh! And I should mention that both of these services are complimentary!

If I can help you plan any other aspect of your trip, please let me know. You’ve got a (shopping) friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
