We have two of those gorgeous parasols you mention, purchased by my daughter with birthday money she had saved for this very purpose. I can imagine how disappointed you and daughter must be over the loss of this special keepsake!
First, if you have the receipt from your purchase, an item number will make your search a little easier. If not, however, not to worry. There may still be a way for you to purchase a replacement without making another trip to
Walt Disney World.
I called WDW on your behalf and asked for the telephone number for Disney Parks Merchandise Guest Services, which is 1-(877) 560-6477. That office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Cast Members there have a magical way of tracking down just the right item, so you may be able to purchase a replacement over the phone and have it shipped to your home!
