    How do I get an itemized receipt for my recent trip?

    Welcome to planDisney, Renae! 

    I hope you’re enjoying the aftermath of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! But if you feel like the sugar-and-magic-high has started to wear off, there’s always retail therapy (shopDisney.com)! 

    Walt Disney World Resort sends out itemized receipts to each Guest of Disney Resorts Collection hotels after their stay! In fact, I just got home from a vacation, and I received my invoice right after I checked out in my email! It’s coming from “disneyresorts” and the email is titled “Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt” and it will have your pay folio invoice attached as a PDF that you are welcome to print! If you have not received this email, I would recommend checking your spam folder, as sometimes it shows up there. 

    If you are still unable to see the itemized receipt, I would recommend calling the “My Past Walt Disney World Visit” line at (407) 939-6104. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help you locate your receipt, Renae!
