Ahoy there, Mary! Welcome aboard planDisney! Ah, what would I give, if I could live out of these waters...what would I pay, to spend a day warm on...the pool deck of the
Disney Cruise Line ships...betcha on land, they understand, bet they don't...make you settle your folio...
Sorry, got a little carried away there!
When it comes to returning to land, one of the things that takes the most adjusting to again is the fact that the Key to the World Card isn't accepted everywhere I want to use it! From the
lounges and nightclubs, to the amazing
Port Adventures, and even the caffeine fix at
Cove Café, wasn't it nice to just tap your Key to the World Card and go?
Ok, so it's linked to a credit card anyway, but on vacation it just FEELS like formality, right? Haha!
It's always a good idea to triple-check your folio for charges - especially if you have any tweens or teens with charging privileges - at the end of your sailing. While it's true that we used to be able to see our charges after disembarking, if you didn't take a screenshot on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app while still aboard, I would suggest the best way to get a copy of your folio would be to
use the email contact us form on the Disney Cruise Line website! Yes, we used to be able to see our folios after we disembark, but it seems like that's gone overboard!
Oh, and when submitting your request to the crew members, be sure to put in your reservation number - that'll make sure they have all the information they need to match you with your folio!
I hope that clears up any dark clouds on the horizon, Mary! Thank you so much for your question! If you have any others while you "dinglehop" through your folio - or if you're planning a new adventure anytime soon, please come sail my way again soon here at planDisney!
Until then, may your anchor be tight and your compass true!
Andrew
