    How can I get an itemized list of hotel charges after checking out. I was told it would be emailed to me but I didn't receive it.

    Welcome to planDisney.  I know it can be frustrating when an email you need is nowhere to be found and I'm sorry that you're having trouble locating your final Disney Resorts Collection Guest Folio.  The great news, though, is that getting the information you need is pretty simple and I'm happy to share the details with you.

    At any point during your Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay, you can easily find all your room charges right in the My Disney Experience mobile app.  By selecting "Resort Hotel" from the main menu, you can scroll down the page and tap "View Charges" to see your current charges and any payments that have already been made.  However, after you check out, this feature is no longer available.  The final Guest Folio is supposed to be emailed at check out, but sometimes that email is nowhere to be found.  I had this same issue during my last split-stay visit –– while the folio was in my email for the first part of our stay, the charges from the second Resort were missing.  

    My first suggestion is to check your junk mail folder –– in my experience, some Disney emails have a way of finding their way in there, even when others show up in my inbox.  If you still can't find what you're looking for, you'll need to send an email to Guest Services at guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com to request this information.  Be sure to include your Resort and travel dates, along with the name on the reservation, to avoid any confusion and help expedite the process.  I can also tell you that getting a response can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, so don't be alarmed if you don't receive your information right away.  When I went through this process last fall, it took about 15 days to receive my itemized final folio.
