If you’re anything like me, you’re probably feeling those post-vacation blues! My husband often jokes that within minutes of dropping bags in the door after my latest visit to Walt Disney World, I've already popped my laptop open to book another! I mean, who wouldn’t want to go back and experience the magic all over again?!
Now, on to your question so you can get back to unpacking and reminisce about the amazing time you shared with your family! After checking out of your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you should have received your folio of charges via email. However, this email sometimes gets stuck in that sneaky little spam folder, so if you haven’t seen it, you may want to check there. I took a look at the email from my most recent visit this may, and the subject is “Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt,” so perhaps you can search that in your inbox to find it more easily.
If you still have trouble finding the email, no worries at all! You can simply reach out to Guest Relations, and they will be happy to send that your way. You can reach them by calling (407) 939-2273 or by using the
Help Center contact form. I do recommend reaching out using the form, as wait times by phone can sometimes be lengthy.
