As Scrooge McDuck once said, "Look after the pennies, and the pounds will look after themselves." However, come to think about it, that quote made a lot more sense when I lived in England. Oh well, you get the idea. It's good to stay on top of your spending. After all, there's always that next Walt Disney World trip to plan for!
You'll be pleased to know that at any point during your stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can view your room charges in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. It's as easy as bibbidi bobbidi boo! Simply tap on "Resort Hotel" and then tap on "View Charges." You'll then be able to see any current charges or payments that you've already made.
However, if you've already checked out of your Disney Resort, then this feature is no longer available. Hakuna Matata! You should receive a final Guest Folio in an email at check out. Sometimes this email can end up in your spam folder. So check your spam folder if you don't see it.
If you still can't find it, then you can send an email to Guest Services (guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com) and request the information you need. Just make sure that you include your Resort, the dates of your stay, and the name of the person on the reservation. You'll hopefully hear back in a few days, but sometimes they can several weeks if they're extra busy.
