How do I see an itemized list of my charges?

Welcome to planDisney, Sean! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today. I hope you had a great time at Walt Disney World Resort earlier this month and that the post-vacation blues aren't hitting too hard. I always find that the best cure is booking my next trip, so I hope we'll see you back again soon!

Sean, your itemized bill from your stay at Walt Disney World Resort was sent to the e-mail associated with your My Disney Experience account on the morning you checked out. If you search the word "folio" in your e-mail inbox, it should pop right up. It might have gotten accidentally deleted or sent to your spam folder, so have a look there as well. If you don't find the e-mail you're looking for, you can call the My Past Walt Disney World Visit hotline and a friendly Disney Cast Member will help you out.

One more thing: if you see Walt Disney World Resort charges you don't recognize on your credit card statement that you don't recognize, it may be the authorization hold from your stay. These temporary charges should clear shortly after your vacation, but if you have any questions about your bill or transactions you're welcome to call and ask about them.

    Have a magical day, Sean!
