    Itemized bill for my stay

Hey there, Kelli! Let me officially welcome you to the most magical vacation planning website on Earth: planDisney! Seeing an itemized list of your hotel room charges is super important, and I'm happy to help you locate your itemized bill.

There are a few ways to see what has been charged to your room. The first option is to look in the My Disney Experience app. Here's what to do:
    • Open the app
    • Tap the hamburger menu (☰)
    • Tap "Hotel Reservations"
    • Tap "View Charges"
    • Review charges and payments to your room
Another way to see your itemized bill is to visit the front desk of your resort hotel. They will be able to show you charges or print out a summary for you. I typically make a nightly visit to my resort's front desk to pay down my balance with gift cards. This helps me budget throughout my stay and prevents me from having one big balance hit my credit card when my vacation is over.

Finally, you will receive an itemized bill in your email after you check out. I actually received one today when I bid farewell to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge! I can see my pin purchases, my Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie breakfast charges, and my last minute souvenir shopping transaction at Creations Shop.

If you're having trouble finding exactly what you need, reach out to a Cast Member via the Help Center and they will be delighted to help get you situated with your request.

I hope this information helps you get what you need, Kelli! Be sure to visit us again with any other inquiries about your Disney vacation!

    Stay magical,
    Scott
