How do I get an itemized bill of my pre-paid vacation?

    Hello Gail!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It is a pleasure to answer your first question.

I have just contacted a Cast Member, and was informed that you can get an itemized receipt at the time you check out of you Disney Resort hotel. Just talk to Front Desk and they will be able to provide you with a complete list of all your expenses. I have just returned from a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort and I requested an itemized receipt. It was very detailed and Cast Members were able to provide me with a copy very quickly. At this time, they are unfortunately unable to send you a receipt ahead of your visit.

Moms Panel tip: speaking of expenses, did you know that you can use your MagicBand to charge food and merchandise purchases made throughout the Walt Disney World Resort to your Disney Resort hotel room? Simply set up a PIN upon checking in online or at Front Desk upon arrival, and leave your wallet in your room during your stay!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Gail! Come visit us again real soon!

    Best magical wishes,
