    Hi, where is my itemized bill for my new trip located/ i don't see them in any emails

I know how important it is to keep track of every detail when planning a Walt Disney World vacation, especially when it comes to billing and payment information. The good news is that you can absolutely access your itemized charges. They just won't appear in your confirmation emails! Instead, everything you're looking for lives right inside your My Disney Experience account.

    If your trip is coming up, the easiest way to view your detailed breakdown is through the Walt Disney World Resort website. Once you're logged in, hover over the My Disney Experience tab at the top of the page and click on “My Plans.” From there, scroll until you see your resort reservation. You should find a button that says “Manage Reservation.” When you click on it, you'll be taken to a page where you can view an itemized list of everything currently included in your vacation package, including what you've already paid and any remaining balance. It's a really helpful way to review all charges in one place and make sure everything looks exactly the way it should.

    If instead you're hoping to see a detailed bill once you've arrived on property, no problem. Just stop by the Front Desk at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel, and a Cast Member will happily print an itemized statement for you at any point during your stay. This can be especially helpful if you're keeping an eye on dining, merchandise, or charging privileges linked to your MagicBand, MagicBand+, or hotel room.

    And finally, after you check out, Disney will automatically send a final bill to the email address associated with your My Disney Experience account. This email typically arrives within a few hours and includes every room charge from your entire stay.
