How do I get an itemized bill for all the charges that went on my credit card? I didn't stop at the front desk when I left and I can't find it in my online account.

    Hi, Laura!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for sending us your question. Sometimes even after your magical vacation has come to an end, there can still be a few details to work out, we're here to help with that too.

Your itemized guest folio invoice should have been emailed to you via the email address you use for your My Disney Experience Account. Emails are generally sent out by 8:00am on departure day and come from the email address "disneyresorts@disneyworld.com" with the subject: Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt.

Your emailed receipt is auto-magically sent. However, if you're able to locate yours, you can receive an additional copy by calling Disney directly at (407) 939-6104 and ask for Guest Relations Billing. They'll be more than happy to resend your receipt.

I hope this is helpful, Laura! I also hope you had a pixie-dusted vacation. Please let me know if you should have any additional questions.
