Where can I see my itemized bill

Hey there, Edward, and welcome to planDisney! A Walt Disney World Vacation is the perfect way to relax, recharge, and have some fun along the way. But one thing I always seem to get left with is the bill! I didn’t realize until reading your question that there are a few Mouseketeers who accompany me on my trips, but none of them have ever picked up the tab. This must be stopped! But the smile on their face is all worth it. At least that’s what I keep telling myself..

Edward, your Guest Folio - which is Disney speak for the bill - is typically emailed to Guests the morning they checkout of their Disney Resorts Collection hotel. The Folio is sent to the email address associated with the My Disney Experience Account tied to the reservation. If you don’t remember receiving this email, I recommend searching your email inbox, spam folder, or “promotions” folder if you are a Gmail user. If you find that you didn’t receive your Folio, I recommend speaking with a Cast Member at (407) 939-6104.

If you are currently on your Disney Vacation or planning to arrive soon, your Guest folio is available for viewing in your My Disney Experience app. But Guests only have this option when they are actively checked-in to their Resort hotel. Once you open your mobile app and navigate to your Resort Hotel stay, you will see the option to view your charges to your room. Since this option disappears after checkout, I recommend taking the time to review these charges before you checkout.

I hope this answers your question, Edward! If not, or if you have more questions as you plan, come back by and ask me

    Until Next Time,
