    Ist trip & staying at POFQ on Oct 20! Even more exciting - we've been chosen to test the Magic Bands!! We're from Canada - is it true the magic bands will not be shipped to me and that they cannot be customized? I'm kind of confused. Thanks so much

    Hi Angela!  

    Your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation is so close, how exciting!  Being from Canada I too have experienced some international shipping issues, so I understand your concern.  What I understand is that your MagicBands are able to be customized, but they will be sent to your resort, instead of having them before you arrive.  I like to think of it as one less item that I need to remember to pack!  Because MagicBands are still in the testing phase, things may change at anytime.  I would continue to log on to My Disney Experience and see if anything "pops" up!
