Hi ya, Amanda!
Welcome to planDisney. Now let’s get planning, or in this case, dining. I love visiting Walt Disney World Resort with a Disney Gift Card. They are so universal, and an easy way to stay on budget. My little ones even pick out their card design for trips and use theirs for their souvenir purchases. Overall, Disney Gift Cards are just an easy way to manage our family’s purchases when visiting.
The best news is that Disney Gift Cards can be used for
practically all things Disney. We’ve had no problem using them for
dining purchases throughout Walt Disney World Resort. This includes both Quick-Service and Table-Service meals. And when in doubt, just ask! I’m happy to share with you dining locations we’ve used ours at. For Quick-Service,
Flame Tree Barbecue,
Aloha Isle, and our Disney Resort’s Quick-Service locations are just a handful of places we’ve used ours at. And for Table-Service, our go-tos are
Coral Reef,
Topolino’s, and
Steakhouse 71. All of which have accepted our Disney Gift Card as payment.
Amanda, I recommend registering your Disney Gift Card online so that you can keep
track of your balance and reload your card if needed. I’ve managed to keep a digital one stored in my mobile wallet that I reload before every visit. It makes paying for things during our trip so much easier. I just pull out my phone and after a quick scan, I am on my way with my Mickey-shaped treat, or new souvenir!
I hope this helps answer your question. If you have a particular restaurant in mind,
send it my way. I’ll be more than happy to verify if they do accept Disney Gift Cards. Have a great visit and enjoy the magic!
Bon Appétit,
Shantel
