Hello Romina,
Welcome to planDisney! It's so wonderful that you've taken the time to stop by with such an important question for us to help you with today.
"
'Ohana means family, and family means no one gets left behind". So, with this magical mantra in mind, let's try and figure out why you've not been able thus far, to make a Disney Park Pass reservations for yourself via your
My Disney Experience account for your family's upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
I'm happy to share, that to enable Guests to make their
Disney Park Pass reservations, they must first have a valid
Disney Theme Park Ticket successfully linked to their My Disney Experience account.
Romina, I wonder if it might be worth double-checking that you do indeed have a valid Disney Theme Park Ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account before going ahead and making those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations.
Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you'll now have perhaps been able to make your reservations for both yourself, and your whole crew of Mouseketeers!
If however, that is not the case, I would highly recommend speaking in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member who can access your My Disney Experience account by dialling the telephone number for
My Disney Experience & MagicBands contained within this handy
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
Romina, I hope that I've been able to provide a little pixie-dusted insight for you today so that you will be able to continue to make magic-filled vacation plans via
Family & Friends with My Disney Experience.
If you should have any further questions at all, then please do pop back here to
planDisney where I'll be happy to assist you once again.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
