It sounds like you’re attempting to link the tickets via the
Disneyland mobile app, which is my preferred method too.
You can try linking on the website as well if you haven’t already. Log in to the
Disneyland account you used to purchase your tickets. Go to My Disneyland, Link Tickets. It will prompt you to enter the ticket ID number.
If these methods aren’t working, you might want to try logging out of the app/website and logging back in. Also, you can contact
Ticket Services via phone or try using the Chat with Us feature in the
Disneyland mobile app.
If you can’t link your tickets prior to arrival, visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth when you get there, and they should be able to help you.
