    I’ve heard California Grill has some great sushi. Is there one I should definitely try? I know their menu changed when they opened back up, so I need to find my new favorites! Thank you!

    California Grill is one of my favorite signature dining experiences at Walt Disney World Resort.  Not only are you in for a special treat with their amazing cuisine, but the view from the 15th floor of Disney’s Contemporary Resort is truly breathtaking.   

    One of the things I must have every visit is their sushi (and their oak-fired filet of beef,  but that’s a different post).  My go-to choice is the Spicy Kazan Roll and I highly recommend it.   The crab, shrimp, scallops and tuna with fireball sauce make a scrumptious combination.  Next on my list is the Crispy Crab Roll.  You truly can’t go wrong with spicy aioli , cucumbers, avocado and yuzo-truffle vinaigrette.   If you prefer something a little more simple, then try the California Combination Roll.
