IPlan to do the online check in for our Oct. trip to FW Cabins. Can you tell me if they will allow me to request a certain cabin area(loop 2300) we would like to be in? We would like to be on the end of a loop, can that be done? I am so glad your here!

Hi Judy! Our family uses the cabins often as we have a motor coach and the overflow stays in the cabins. We love Fort Wilderness and I find it a little Disney secret for many.

We have done the on line check-in for the cabins and in the past there was a box where you could write a request for a loop. You can certainly try to request an end of a loop but like all other requests it might not be possible. Fitting everyone into their choices becomes a giant jigsaw puzzle and if some guests don't leave until the day after another arrives there is nothing they can do but put them as close to their choice as possible.

I also recommend backing up your request through reservations and having them note it and then you can also fax your request about four days out from arrival to Fort Wilderness.  I know they will do all they can to make it possible so please understand that when you check-in.
