    What does invalid admission mean?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Kevin.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets. Invalid admission could mean a number of things based on the ticket type that you have. The first thing I would suggest to you is to simply try a different browser on your computer. The Walt Disney World website is designed to work best with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari. Of course, it works with other browsers as well, those are just the ones where you'll have the best luck.

If that doesn't work, I'd go ahead and reach out to Guest Relations about your ticket. You can call 407-939-7765 and speak with a Cast Member to help you out. Phone lines open up around 7:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse's time each day. If you have the MyDisneyExperience App downloaded on your smartphone device, you can always open that up and chat with a Cast Member through there. It's actually my favorite method of reaching out because you don't want to wait on hold. If a Cast Member isn't ready to chat, you can actually leave the app and then you'll be sent a push notification when someone is ready to chat. It's really great!

I hope you are able to work out your ticket troubles soon, Kevin. If there is anything else that I can help you with, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. Also, if you haven't already, head over to planDisney's new Instagram page. Over there you can stay up-to-date with all things Disney destinations and follow along as panelists visit the theme parks. Maybe it'll spark a new idea for your next magical vacation.

    Happy New Year!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
