Ahoy there, Rob! Thank you for sailing by planDisney with your question.
Guests can purchase internet packages for up to four devices or purchase separate packages for each Guest in your stateroom. If you choose a package with multiple devices, you will all share the same login details. If you try to use more than four devices, you will receive a message offering to upgrade to more devices, or you will be logged out of one of the devices in use. Once you embark, you will be able to see all packages available to you and your pirate crew. The
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will take you to dclwifi.com.
There are currently two internet packages to choose from (prices subject to change without notice):
- Internet includes access to the internet, social media, texting, Zoom, and Wi-Fi calling but excludes music streaming and long-form video such as YouTube and other streaming websites and apps for $22 per day per device.
- Internet + Streaming includes the internet package plus access to long-form video streaming sites and apps, as well as music streaming for $35 per day per device.
If you purchase the package for the entire sailing, you will receive a discount compared to paying per day. An internet package is not required to use iMessage, WhatsApp, or a complimentary website like the
Disney Cruise Line website. You will still need to register for an account and log in at dclwifi.com once onboard to access these apps or complimentary websites.
Rob, if you have any other questions, come back to visit
planDisney for answers.
Adventure is out there!
