Is Internet included in concierge suites

    Ahoy, Jody!

Welcome aboard planDisney! It sounds like you and your crew are getting ready to sail in true style—Concierge for a Halloween on the High Seas cruise? Now that’s what I call making a splash! While I’m all for channeling my inner Ariel and “being part of that world” onboard, I totally get that sometimes we need to stay a little connected. So, let’s dive right in and break down the internet offerings (don’t worry, we’re not going to let Wreck-It Ralph “break the internet” on this one!).

The great news is that all Concierge Guests do receive a complimentary internet package, but the level and duration depend on which stateroom category you’ve booked. These offerings are always subject to change, so it’s a good idea to confirm the details with your Concierge Team once onboard. Here’s the current breakdown:

    • Royal Suites (Categories 1A, 1B*, and 1C): Internet + Streaming package for the entire length of the voyage (*Category 1B, the 2-Bedroom Suite with Verandah on the Magic and Wonder, receives the Internet package for the length of the voyage).
    • 1-Bedroom Suites (Categories 2A and 2B): Internet package for the length of the voyage.
    • Concierge Staterooms (Categories 3A and 3B): Internet package for 24 hours (the 24-hour window starts as soon as you register for internet).

The best part? You don’t need an internet package to access the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, so you can still check schedules, book activities, and follow along with all the Halloween fun even without being fully connected. But if you need to upgrade your complimentary package or purchase a longer one, here’s the current pricing breakdown for Guests:

    • Internet (currently $26 per day): Includes internet, social media, texting, and Wi-Fi calling.
    • Internet + Streaming (currently $42 per day): Includes everything in the Internet package plus streaming (Disney+, Hulu, and more).
    • If you purchase for the entire voyage within the first 24 hours, you can unlock a discount of up to 20%—which means more money for spooky treats or those “Drink of the Day” specials!

I hope this helps you feel prepared to set sail in Concierge style. Whether you’re planning to stay connected or “let it go” and enjoy being unplugged, you’re in for a cruise that’s sure to be frightfully fun and filled with treats (no tricks, I promise!).

Sea ya real soon with a July full of fireworks at sea and memories that sparkle like pixie dust,
