    Hello - is there internet connection on board all ships? Would we be able to VPN and work remotely? Thank you!

    Hi, Maureen!

    There is internet connectivity on board all Disney Cruise Line ships, and you can read about the specifics and rates on the Internet and Cellular Service Page. There are Internet Cafes on each ship where you can connect to your Virtual Private Network, and there are Wi-Fi hot spots located throughout the ships, too. I recommend bringing your laptop in order to have access to all your frequently used applications and to connect external equipment such as cameras.  I also suggest planning out your work schedule as much as you can -- in order to confine your work schedule while on board, to best communicate with your colleagues at the office and to budget your time/money spent on access rates.

    So, if you have to work while on a Disney cruise, then a laptop is going to give you the greatest ease of choosing where to work. I hope that helps you plan. Have a wonderful day and a magically restful vacation, too. Bon voyage!
