    Hi there! Interesting question... If we make reservations now for our vacation in October,and we don't get the Disney dining plan at time of reservation, and say Disney puts out a 'Free Dining 'plan after we made the, will Disney add the special promo?

    Thanks for writing.  This same issue has arisen for my family in the past.  I've booked a trip, and then discovered that a better rate or special promotion (such as free dining) is available for the specific resort and dates I am travelling.  I have simply called Disney reservations, and assuming that the rate/special offer/promotion is available, the cast member who assisted me was able to apply the applicable new package details to my trip.  If you have travel dates in mind, and a special offer becomes available, simply call Disney reservations to see if the offer is applicable to your trip.
