I am interested in the Weekday Select Pass. My understanding is that the annual pass is good for 1 year from when it is first used. Is that correct? Also, what are the 2018 black out dates for the Weekday Select Pass?

    Hi Nat,

I'm thrilled that you are considering the Weekday Select annual pass that is available for Florida residents. My family loves being annual passholders so that we can visit Walt Disney World repeatedly each year and take advantages of all the discounts and benefits that come with a pass.

You are correct that your year of Disney fun will begin on the day you first use your pass. It will expire 365 days later.

If you buy your pass online, you'll simply need to stop by a ticket window or Guest Relations location to show your proof of Florida residency to activate the pass. You will be inside the entrance within minutes!

The Weekday Select Pass does have some blockout dates, similar to those of the Silver Pass, which is the one I have. The 2018 dates haven't been released yet, but generally, they are the week before and the week after Easter, the weeks from early June to mid-August and the week before and the week after Christmas.

Thanks for checking in with the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nat. Always happy to help a fellow Floridian!

    Enjoy,

    Wilma
