Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stacey! Sounds like you and your grandson are ready for some extra Christmas cheer! You’ll shake like a bowl full of jelly when you hear my good news!
Typically, the day after Halloween, November 1st, you can expect a beautiful, complete turnover of Halloween decor to Christmas decor, just like in
this Disney Parks Blog video. As for Christmas activities, you’ll need to wait a few more days for
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party to begin, and even closer to Thanksgiving for
Santa to make his way down to Walt Disney World Resort to begin taking photos with and meeting guests. If you just love decor, be sure to check out the Gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and my favorite, the
Gingerbread Carousel at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. You can read more about various Christmas snacks, foods and more on the Disney Parks Blog, who will also be the first to announce the return of attractions like
Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays or new activities we have yet to experience.
If I can assist you further with planning your seasonal getaway of magic, please let me know. I’m be quicker than 8 tiny reindeer! ~ Lindsey P.
