Hello, I am interested in planning a VIP Tour reservation in October. On the website, it says it ranges from $425 to $750 an hour. That's quite a difference. Could you please tell me, what it would be for October? Thank you.

Hi there, Lesley! Welcome back to planDisney.

I’m so excited to hear you’re considering booking a Private VIP Tour for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I have done this twice, and those two days were truly incredible. My family talks about our memories from our tours all the time – from the amazing, efficient way to tour the theme parks and special access to attractions, to the great “pro tips” and Disney details shared by our guides, to the wonderful experience of sharing a day with our friendly, knowledgeable guides…our VIP tours were truly unforgettable.

Pricing and details for VIP Tours are very personalized based on dates, the size of your party, and your plans. Here at planDisney, we are fellow Guests with lots of Disney experience who are happy to be your planning partners, but we can’t make reservations or give quotes. You will need to call a VIP Tour Services Cast Member at (407) 560-4033. They can assist you with pricing for your dates.

Lesley, I can’t speak to value as I was lucky enough to be gifted my tour experiences, but I can say that my husband and I have absolutely considered splurging on another tour in the future. One of my biggest takeaways was flexibility – let your guide know what your must-dos and priorities are, but leave room for surprises. On our first tour, our guide suggested watching the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade from the Magic Kingdom Park train station’s second level (there is a reserved spot for tours there). Some of us weren’t sure this was a great use of our tour time, but when my daughter found herself at eye level with her very favorite, Pluto, that was a moment that will forever be frozen in time for us. Whether they’re pointing out Hidden Mickeys and other details, teaching us the tricks for high scores on Toy Story Mania!, or parking our stroller and meeting us at attraction exits with the stroller ready to go, it all adds up to a super fun experience, during which you will feel well taken care of and immersed in the magic. I hope you decide to go for it!

Thank you for stopping by today with your question, Lesley. October is going to be a fabulous month at the Walt Disney World Resort, with The World’s Most Magical Celebration kicking off to celebrate the 50th anniversary. Whether you’re VIP touring, or making memories in other ways, I hope you enjoy every minute. Please come back and see us again if you have any further questions as you plan and dream.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
