we are interested in the Pirates and Pals firework voyage, is this included in the price of admission? If not how much does it cost?

    Hi Lori,

We recently went on the Pirates and Pals fireworks voyage, and it was a great experience!  My kids really loved the character interaction with Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, Peter Pan and the rest of the pirates on board.  My boys are 9 and 11 - just the right age to find the jokes told during our cruise hysterical; I don't think they stopped laughing.  Of course, the fireworks were beautiful!

Price is not included in the cost of admission.  Your boat actually departs from the Contemporary Resort, so you wouldn't even need to a park ticket to enjoy this cruise.  We actually did the cruise on our arrival day.  We arrived early afternoon, spent a few hours in Downtown Disney where we grabbed dinner and then headed off to the Contemporary.

At the time, the cost for the cruise was around $54 for adults and $31 for kids (3-9).  It includes prepackaged snacks and beverages before boarding.  It's definitely not inexpensive, but if you look at it as a show or a VIP experience, it may be worth the money for your family.  I know I am looking forward to going on our next trip!

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes.
