Hi Mom's! I am interested in making reservations at Boma or Sanaa. Which would be better for a 4 year old, 1 1/2 year old, 2 grandparents, mom and dad? Thanks for your help!

    Hi Devon,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your most excellent question... even though you're asking me to make an IMPOSSIBLE choice!!

Although I don't think you can go wrong with either choice, given the wide range of ages (and, likely, of food preferences) in your party, I would probably recommend opting for Boma - Flavors of Africa. In my opinion, it's the best restaurant on Walt Disney World property for catering to both the pickiest and most adventurous eaters. You'll be able to find not only some absolutely delicious African-inspired dishes (like coconut chicken curry soup, Durban-style roasted chicken and bobotie), but there is also a section that contains, you guessed it, Walt Disney World's ubiquitous macaroni & cheese and other more "conventional" foods like chicken legs and pasta dishes. I love how fresh and delicious all of the food is at Boma and I think that your family will be pleased with it as a Disney dining experience.

Finally, don't forget to go explore the grounds of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge either before or after dinner. Watching the animals roam around in the savanna is a real treat!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
