I am interested learning more about a Kid's Pirate Cruises Do parents go? Is there a restroom on the cruise, if they need to use it? We are always looking to try new things on our trips and my daughters are interested in this.

Ahoy Rachael!  Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I eagerly awaited my daughter turning 4 years old because the Pirate Adventure Cruises seemed like so much fun and I knew that it was right up her alley.

She participated in the Pirate Adventure Cruise sailing out of Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside (now-defunct) and had an amazing time. Unfortunately, despite my dressing up in full pirate regalia, only Guests ages 4-12 are able to participate in the Pirate Adventure Cruises and Parents(even those who are more than willing to act 4 years old like me) do not tag along.

Before the Pirate Adventure Cruise, the Captains (Cast Members specializing in Youth Activities) ask that all kids use the restroom before embarking. I was informed by the Cast Member that there were restrooms for emergencies at stops, but that going just before was ideal.

If you require more detailed information for a specific Cruise or to book reservations, you may contact a Enchanting Extras Cast Member by calling (407) 939-7529.

My daughter was 4-and-a-half when she took the Pirate Adventure cruise and loved every minute of it. We will be booking another Cruise now that her brother is of age on a future Walt Disney World resort vacation.

    Happy Sailing!
