Hi there, Gina - welcome to
planDisney!
I'm so glad you stopped by with your question! As someone who has had a few magical experiences with
Walt Disney World Resort Private VIP Tours, I'm happy to provide you with some guidance.
You can read more about the nitty-gritty details, but there are a couple of important things to know right off the bat. First, the team at Disney VIP Tour Services is amazing, and will help guide you through your options - you can reach them to inquire about reservations by calling 407-560-4033. You should also be aware that these tours are in very high demand, and thus availability is limited. Tours can be booked starting 60 days in advance, and I would normally recommend calling right at the opening of your booking window. We're now a bit past that, but I'll wish upon a star that there is still availability that meets your crew's needs!
Standard VIP Tours must be booked for a minimum of seven hours, and are limited to a maximum of 10 Guests, which includes infants. If there are more in your crew, you would need to reserve an additional VIP Tour Guide.
My favorite part about being a part of a VIP Tour is that the day really is all about you. If there are things you want to experience, your VIP Tour Guide will help make those dreams come true (within reason and the rules, of course!). If you'd rather let your VIP Tour Guide lead the way and design your day for you, they're fantastic at making sure you have a magical day without having to make a single decision or plan! You also get to learn so much about the Theme Parks, attractions, and more - overall these are simply magical experiences!
If you aren't able to find a VIP Tour available to meet your needs, I suggest checking out the
Enchanting Extras Collection for other exciting ways to add some extra pixie dust to your upcoming vacation. One of my favorites is the
Wild Africa Trek at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park - check it out!
