    I am interested in getting more information on the Photopass. We are staying at the Wilderness Resort and I have heard they also have photographers there as well as the parks. If we don't use the photopass will the photographers still take are pictures?

    Hi Julie,

    I am a really big fan of Disney's PhotoPass Service & always pre-order by PhotoCD before I travel to save money. There are PhotoPass Photographers located throughout the water & theme parks. They can provide you with a complimentary Disney's PhotoPass card that you can re-use every time you stop for pictures. When you've returned from your trip and have registered at the link above, enter the numbers from your PhotoPass card(s) to see your pictures.  Click here for more details.

    The PhotoPass Photographers are also happy to take pictures with your camera as well even if you don't use the PhotoPass. My thought is that it doesn't cost anything for the PhotoPass Card or service so I always take advantage of it in addition to my own camera.

    There are Disney PhotoPass help desks in most deluxe resorts. The Cast Members there can assist you with PhotoPass questions or viewing your pictures but they aren't equipped with their cameras to take pictures. However, if you are looking for a private photo session at a resort, that is now being handled by Disney Event Photography & is separate from Disney's PhotoPass Service. You can schedule a session at the link shown above or by calling them at 407-934-4004. Mini sessions can be booked at the Polynesian Resort, Beach Club Resort or the Grand Floridian Resort.
